Max: Boxer Mix – 3 yrs. Black and White Male. Max is a very loving but protective dog. He gets along wonderfully with people and kids, but is not good with other dogs. He loves to ride in the car and would be a great companion for someone who travels a lot. |

Mija: Spayed Female, 2 Yrs. Kelpie mix. Reddish Brown. A very sweet and loving dog. Needs some training, but a truly wonderful dog. |

We are not only the sweetest puppies in the world, we are the luckiest too! Our mama was abandoned at the dog park about 5 months ago – just one day before we were born! A nice man found her and brought her to Lone Star SPCA and she delivered healthy puppies on Easter eve and morning.
Mama is a beautiful black cocker spaniel, although you might not be able to tell by looking at us…however, MiMi looks a little like Mom. Mom has gone on to find a loving home, and she is praying that we will all get good homes, too. We will be ready for adoption very soon. We love to play and we love everything and everybody! We are all five months old. |

Pancho: Neutered Male, 2 yrs. Kelpie mix. Reddish brown. Very loving dog – loves attention. Needs some training, but a truly wonderful dog. |

Precious: Lab Mix – 9 Yrs. Black Female. Precious is a wonderful old girl who loves to run in the fields and loves attention. She is great with people and with some dogs. |

Rowdy: 2 yrs old. Neutered Male. Very playful with lots of energy. Loves people. |

Ruby: Pit Bull – 2 Yrs. Red. Ruby is as sweet a dog as there ever was. She loves attention and loves to play. A home visit is required prior to adoption and adoption approval is solely at the Shelter’s discretion. |

Ruth: Pointer Mix – 3 Yrs. Black and White Female. Ruth is a great dog who has survived almost insurmountable odds. She was surrendered to Animal Control and doomed to euthanasia when we rescued her along with her three sisters. Immediately, they all came down with Parvo and were successfully treated. She is looking for a good home with patient and kind owners who will spend time with her and let her run to her heart’s content. |

Sacie: I am a 4 month female boxer mix. My brother (Butch) and I were rescued by the people at Lone Star. When we were found, we were so hungry and very excited to see caring people. They have taught my brother and me many things. I am not tiny, but I sure like to be held. |

Sarge: Male, 8 Mos., Lab mix. Black with white on chest. Very loveable and sweet. Will make someone a very wonderful pet. |

Shiloh: 4 mos old. Female. Darling terrier mix with lots of energy. Good with kids. |
